CROHNS DISEASE AND GLYCONUTRIENTS

Glyconutrients will improve symptoms related to Crohns Disease. Glyconutrients reduce chronic inflammation related to Crohn's Disease and suppress the autoimmune symptoms of Crhon's Diseases.

Crohn's Disease is a chronic inflammation ailment of the colon and ileum. The problem extends deep into the intestinal lining of the walls. It is

often called ‘leaky gut’ since the lining of the colon becomes weakened and food particles ‘leak out’ through the intestine wall. Rebuilding the intestinal wall is of vital importance.

The cause may be due to a blockage of the passages from an existing and untreated ulcer or sore. It can also be genetic. The symptoms may be mild to chronic and left untreated increase the risk of colon cancer.
An inflammatory attack can be triggered by bacteria or a virus and may kick into an autoimmune disease. Glyconutrients are immuno-modulators, they assist DNA and cells to immune-modulate i.e. they down or up regulate the immune system.

The symptoms of Crohn’s disease:

• Cramps and chronic pain
• Diarrhea
• Rectal bleeding
• Loss of appetite
• Weight loss
• Onset of high fever and vomiting.

The mucosal lining or intestinal wall is made up of glycoprotein’s namely glycosaminoglycans or GAG.
If the GAG is defective it is an error in glycosyaltion and an indication that a glyconutrient namely N-acetylglucosamine is deficient. Glyconutrients will help to rebuild and strengthen the gut prevent scarring and inflammation, it corrects the glycosyaltion process.
Glyconutrients actually ferment in the gut and produce butyric acid which is vital for colon health. The fermentation pumps out short chained fatty acid preventing inflammation and thus food seepage.

The glyconutrients will not cure Crohn’s disease but from the studies shown it is definitely worth supplementing with glyconutrients along with a diet and lifestyle adjustment. You can also consider taking Mangosteen juice.
There is no cure for Crohn's but it is very easy to control.
